Beautifully appointed yet somewhat minimalist in design to give full expression to the spectacular valley views, Mange Tout is a fine dining restaurant in every aspect. The menu focuses on classic dishes, yet with unusual combinations where each element can be savoured separately.
Mange Tout is under the helm of Executive chef Ryan Smith. While young in years, (31) South African born Smith has notched up an impressive list of credentials, working as a chef in reputed establishments worldwide.
